My name is Kimberly Price and my biggest claim to anything great is being the mother of four children. They keep me busy at all times, but constantly help remind me of the importance of keeping my priorities straight and life balanced.
Health and nutrition have always been at the forefront of my life, but it wasn't until I was diagnosed with Stage IV non-hodgkin's lymphoma in June 2009, that the reality of what this meant came to life for me. Simply eating healthy and exercising was not enough, if other areas of my life were not in balance too. This was my opportunity to not only make some changes in my own life, but was a second chance to make a difference in the lives of those around me.
Now in remission since June 2010, I have set out on a journey to help those around me realize the importance of their own health, and the things they can do to not only balance, but better their lives.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, additional training and life experience, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
